Organizing cargo transportation between Slovenia and Germany is an important task for companies operating in Europe and requiring stable supply chains. We offer a full range of logistics solutions for those seeking reliable cargo delivery from Germany to Slovenia and vice versa. Regardless of the type of cargo, destination, or urgency, we develop the optimal route and select the most suitable mode of transportation: road freight, air delivery, container shipping, or consolidated cargo.
For road transportation between Slovenia and Germany, the most in-demand routes run through Ljubljana, Maribor, Munich, and Frankfurt. This logistics setup allows for the fast transport of palletized, oversized, and temperature-controlled cargo. Road delivery is ideal for regular shipments and business logistics between warehouses. For urgent cargo, we offer air freight with departures from Ljubljana and major German airports, including Frankfurt and Munich. This solution is especially relevant for high-value or time-sensitive goods supplied within e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, or high-tech industries.
Container transportation between Slovenia and Germany is carried out via the ports of Koper, Hamburg, and Bremen. We organize both full container loads (20ft and 40ft) and multimodal solutions with subsequent road delivery to the final address. Thanks to our own warehouses and partner network, we also provide convenient consolidated cargo solutions. This option is particularly beneficial for clients who need cost-effective transportation of small shipment volumes with consolidation and tracking throughout the entire route.
We provide not only international delivery from Germany to Slovenia and back, but also full logistics support, including document preparation, customs clearance, insurance, tracking, and customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs. Transportation costs are formed transparently: from 90 euros for consolidated cargo, from 120 euros per pallet by road transport, from 350 euros for air freight, and from 1,500 euros for a 20-foot container. You can arrange delivery in the shortest possible time – simply submit a request, and our logistics specialist will contact you with an accurate cost calculation and route plan.
How long does delivery from Slovenia to Germany and back take?
Delivery times depend on the type of transportation. Road freight takes on average from 2 to 4 business days. Air delivery takes 1 to 2 days, including airport handling. Container and multimodal transportation that includes a sea leg may take from 7 to 14 days. Consolidated cargo is delivered on average within 4–7 business days, depending on the route and consolidation schedule.
What is the minimum shipment size that can be sent?
We accept shipments starting from 1 pallet or from 50 kg. This is especially relevant for small businesses or private customers. If you have a small volume, we will offer a consolidated cargo solution where you pay only for the space used.
Which cities are covered by delivery between Slovenia and Germany?
We deliver cargo throughout the entire territory of both countries. In Slovenia, this includes the cities of Ljubljana, Maribor, Kranj, Celje, and Koper. In Germany, we cover Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, and other cities. Delivery is available both to a terminal and on a door-to-door basis.
Is it possible to deliver cargo between Slovenia and Germany without involvement in customs clearance?
If transportation is carried out within the EU and both the sender and the recipient have valid European tax numbers, the cargo is not subject to standard customs clearance. However, for shipments of restricted goods or special categories (for example, electronics or pharmaceuticals), additional formalities may be required. We provide consultations and can handle all procedures on your behalf if needed.
How is the transportation cost calculated?
The price depends on the weight, volume, route, type of transport, and urgency. We use a transparent pricing system: for example, road transport of one pallet starts from €120, air freight from €350, delivery of a 20ft container from €1,500, and consolidated cargo shipments start from €90. To get an exact price, simply send us your cargo details.
Do you work only with legal entities, or do you also accept private orders?
We work with both legal entities and private individuals. Private clients often request transportation of personal belongings, furniture, vehicles, or equipment between Germany and Slovenia. We assist with packaging, documentation, and provide turnkey door-to-door delivery.
Is it possible to insure the cargo during transportation?
Yes, we offer cargo insurance at the client’s request. This is especially relevant for valuable, fragile, or high-value goods. The insurance premium depends on the declared value and the type of cargo. In the event of damage or loss, the client receives compensation in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy.
Do you provide warehousing and consolidation services?
Yes, we provide temporary storage, cargo consolidation at warehouses in Germany and Slovenia, as well as transshipment, labeling, and packaging services. This is especially convenient for clients who are forming consolidated shipments or waiting for delivery coordination from multiple suppliers.
How can the location of the cargo be tracked?
All shipments are supported by a tracking system. After the shipment is arranged, you are provided with a tracking number that allows you to check the delivery status at any time. For road or consolidated transportation, a logistics specialist can also provide up-to-date status information manually via messenger or by phone.
How quickly can delivery begin after submitting a request?
Depending on the type of cargo and the route, transportation can be arranged as early as the next day after confirmation. Road transport and consolidated shipments often depart daily or 2–3 times per week. The sooner you provide cargo details, the faster we can start the process.
